The Empty Canvas of Success

Jamini Roy had everything a young artist in the early twentieth century could possibly want. He lived in the bustling, wealthy city of Calcutta, completely surrounded by high society. He was highly trained at the prestigious Government School of Art, learning exactly how to capture perfect human proportions.
